At Out of the Woods, we want you to feel confident in your adventure-ready apparel. If your purchase isn't quite the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
